The Workers’ Compensation Law Section seeks to raise awareness and understanding of workers’ compensation issues throughout Alabama. This section also helped establish the Kids’ Chance scholarship fund which is administered by the Alabama Law Foundation. This fund provides financial resources to children who have had a parent permanently disabled or killed on the job for college tuition or technical training.
